Are you searching titanium lifting Korea and wondering what exactly you would be sold, and whether it suits your face?
Read on before you book anything, because the name tells you less than you might expect.
After this post you will know what the name means, which lifting methods Pascal offers, what decides the cost, and what to send so you get an answer for your own face.
Hello, I'm Dr. Kang Kyoungjin, Representative Director of Pascal Clinic.
Pascal is in Gangnam, a short walk from Sinsa Station, Exit 8. Non-surgical lifting (Ultherapy, threads, Renuvion) and surgical facelift and neck lift are offered in the same building, so the options are weighed against each other for your face. You can send photos on WhatsApp before you travel, and your surgeon sees them.
I write this because many people assume "titanium lifting" is one defined treatment, when it is often a marketing label that can cover very different devices or techniques.
The short answer: Pascal does not list a device under that name. What we list is Ultherapy, Ultherapy Prime, Renuvion and thread lifting (COG and Mint threads), and the right one depends on your skin and the area that bothers you.

Very little.
Forum threads about them rarely say what the writer's skin looked like before, how old they were, or what the result looked like at month six.
Three questions cut through the label:
- Which device, by its manufacturer's name?
- Which layer does it target, the upper dermis or the deeper support layer?
- What is it expected to do for my specific sagging, and what is it not?
If a description matches none of those, ask which device it is.
Does Pascal offer titanium lifting in Seoul?
What I can offer for lifting without surgery is Ultherapy and Ultherapy Prime, thread lifting with COG and Mint threads, and Renuvion skin tightening. For lifting with surgery, there is the facelift and neck lift (SMAS lifting).
For a closer look at one of them, read the Ultherapy and Ultherapy Prime comparison or the pages on thread lifting and facelift and neck lift.
Who does non-surgical lifting suit, and who needs something else?
Non-surgical lifting suits mild to moderate looseness where skin quality and early sagging are the main issue.
| Your situation | Option usually considered |
|---|---|
| Deep folds, sagging that non-surgical lifting did not change | Facelift and neck lift (SMAS lifting) |
Pascal's site describes a facelift as lifting both the skin and the deeper SMAS layer through an incision in front of or inside the ear, with the scar hidden at the ear, and as the stronger option when non-surgical lifting was not enough. Surgery takes about 2–3 hours under sleep or general anesthesia, and most people return to routines in 10–14 days.
Doctor's note
I trained as an anatomist before I became a surgeon, so I look at what is physically sagging: skin, fat or the deeper layer. A laser label cannot answer that. Look at your face in profile, then ask which layer is actually dropping.
Say you are in your late forties and have noticed the jawline softening and a little looseness under the chin. You saw "titanium lifting" mentioned online and are not sure what it is. I would first ask where the looseness sits and how much skin is involved. If it is mild and mostly in the lower face, a non-surgical option such as Ultherapy or threads may be worth discussing. If the skin hangs clearly and the neck is the main concern, I would explain why a surgical lift can suit better. The name you saw matters less than what the treatment does and what your face needs.
What decides the cost of a lifting treatment?
The cost depends first on the method. An ultrasound treatment, a thread lift, Renuvion skin tightening and a surgical facelift are different procedures with different price-list lines. The area matters too: jawline, cheeks and neck can be treated separately or together. For some treatments the number of sessions counts, and for threads the amount used does. Anaesthesia, the days you plan to stay in Seoul and follow-up visits also play a part. Final quotes follow your exam, because the right procedure and its extent depend on your anatomy. To get the figure for your case, ask on WhatsApp and attach a clear photo of your face.
What are the risks, and who should skip it?
Every lifting method carries risk. Non-surgical energy treatments can cause temporary redness, swelling or tenderness, and threads can cause bruising, visible dimpling or asymmetry. Surgical lifting carries its own risks, such as bleeding, infection and inflammation, and your surgeon explains them before you decide.
Someone with deep folds who hopes a few light sessions will replicate a facelift is the person most likely to be disappointed. A facelift lifts the deeper SMAS layer through an incision in front of or inside the ear, and a treatment that works from the skin surface is a different thing altogether. Your surgeon confirms suitability at an in-person exam.

The clinic is open Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00 and Saturday 10:00–17:00, closed on Sundays and public holidays, and is a short walk from Sinsa Station (Line 3 and Shinbundang Line), Exit 8.
For surgical lifting, plan around stitch removal 7–10 days after surgery and 2–3 check-ups, which the site lists for a facelift. Ask about the follow-up plan for when you are back home, and bring your records to a local doctor.
Send one thing, get a straight answer
Send two clear photos, front and side, on WhatsApp, and tell us which area bothers you: jawline, cheeks or neck. Then ask one question: which lifting method fits my face? If you saw titanium lifting Korea online, tell us where and what it promised. When you come to Seoul, I examine you and recommend what fits.
The reply is a first opinion, not a final plan, because your surgeon still confirms the plan at an in-person exam.
Frequently asked questions
Is titanium lifting a surgical procedure?
Nothing is cut, so it cannot reposition deeper tissue the way a facelift does. Individual results vary.
Is Korean titanium lifting the same as Ultherapy or thread lifting?
They are different methods. A clinic menu name does not tell you which one you are getting, so ask for the device name.
How long should I stay in Seoul for non-surgical lifting?
Send your photos on WhatsApp and the team tells you what applies to your case.
What decides the cost of a lifting treatment?
The area treated, the number of sessions, the device or material used and whether anesthesia is needed all move the total. Send a photo on WhatsApp and the team tells you what applies to your case.
Can I ask about lifting before I travel?
Yes. Message Pascal on WhatsApp with your goal and clear front and side photos. A coordinator passes them to your surgeon and replies with options, and your surgeon confirms the plan at an in-person exam.
