The story
Looking for a natural volume change that does not leave a large scar?
Some areas of the face lose volume with time, and some areas hold fat that you would like to shape. Both can change how you look even when your skin is healthy.
Fat grafting places your own fat where volume is needed, and liposuction removes it where it gathers. Both use a fine medical cannula, so there is no large incision.
A session takes about 30–60 minutes, and most people can do light daily activity in 3–5 days. Dr. Kang Kyoungjin developed SAFI, a lifting fat-grafting technique, and this approach follows that work.
