Upper eyelid revision corrects a crease that has loosened, eyelids that are uneven, or an eye that opens weakly because of scar tissue or adhesion from an earlier operation.

The story
A crease that has loosened, two sides that no longer match, or an eye that feels heavy to open can appear months or years after an earlier operation. Scar tissue or adhesion often makes these problems harder to fix than a first surgery.
Revision starts with a close examination of how your eyelid moves and how the old tissue has healed. Pascal plans the new line for both function and appearance, so your eye opens more easily as well as looking balanced.
Because the tissue is often changed, the operation is longer than a first surgery, at about 60–80 minutes. Most people return to daily routines in 7–10 days, and stitches are removed 5–7 days after surgery.
Planned around your face
The tissue is often damaged, so the line has to be redesigned. Pascal examines your eyelid closely and plans the result for function and appearance together.
