Comparing Revole filler cost Korea quotes and worried the number will change once you're in the chair?
Read this before you lock in a clinic or a flight.
You'll know what decides the cost of a filler session in Seoul, what reviews get right and wrong, which method suits each area, and how much recovery to plan. That way you can tell which product and amount fit your face and your budget.
Hello, I'm Dr. Kang Kyoungjin, Representative Director at Pascal Clinic in Seoul.
I researched and taught anatomy at a university before moving into plastic surgery, and I hold a PhD in Anatomy. Pascal publishes its price list in Korean won, before 10% VAT. Visiting dermatologists from Russia have trained at Pascal in jawline and lip filler techniques.
I'm writing this because many people compare filler quotes by brand name, when the amount and the areas move the total far more.
The cost of Revole filler in Korea is set by three things: the product, how many syringes your face needs, and which areas are treated. The final quote follows your exam, because the right amount and extent depend on your anatomy.
If you want a starting point, send a clear front photo and a side photo on WhatsApp with the one area that bothers you most. Our coordinator passes them to your surgeon and replies with options and the matching price-list lines.

Most people who type Revole are looking for Revolax, a hyaluronic acid filler made in Korea. Spellings drift on forums, so the same product turns up as Revole, Revolex or Revolax. Ask on WhatsApp which product would be used for your area before you compare totals.
In my view, the brand is the third question. Your result rests on how firm the gel is, how much is injected and how well the injector knows the blood vessels under that area. A firm gel can hold a nose bridge or a chin. The same gel in a lip can feel stiff and show as a ridge when you smile.
Hyaluronic acid fillers are injected under the skin to fill hollows and lines and to refine facial contours. The US Food and Drug Administration regulates them as medical devices, and each product is approved for specific uses and depths.
Revole filler cost Korea: what moves the figure
Five things move the total, and the amount of gel comes first. A small lip touch-up and a full midface plan are very different numbers of syringes. Area is next: temples, forehead, nose, lips and cheeks are each planned on their own, and I think of two areas as two plans, not one plan done twice. Product and gel type also count, because firmer and softer gels are made for different depths, and the right one for your nose may be the wrong one for your lips.
I choose the product at the exam, so ask for the product name in your WhatsApp message. If you have had filler before and it has migrated or formed lumps, whether to dissolve it first is a question for the exam, and in general that is a separate step. Last are your days in Seoul: a touch-up visit, if you plan one, adds a day.
One pricing note, which is not a cost driver: Pascal's list prices are in Korean won, before 10% VAT. To get the figure for your own face, ask on WhatsApp what it would cost for your case, with a front photo and the areas you have in mind. The treatment lines are on our price list, and the dermal filler page describes the treatment itself.
If you bring lip shape ideas, the shape depends on your own lip proportions, the amount of gel and how soft that gel is. A reference photo helps us talk, but it cannot promise you the same shape.
Say you want temple filler to soften a hollow, plus a little lip filler, and you land on a Thursday night. Pascal is open Monday to Friday 10:00 to 19:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 17:00, and closed on Sundays. As an illustration, a Friday exam and treatment would leave Saturday, still within opening hours, as a buffer day near the clinic, and a flight on Sunday or later.
I would plan the temples first, because a hollow temple makes the eye area look heavier, and keep the lip amount small on a first visit.
Which method suits nose, temple, forehead or lip filler?
Each area asks for a different gel, depth and level of care. This is how I think about them:
| Area | What usually matters | Main caution |
|---|---|---|
| Nose filler | Firm gel, small amount along the bridge | Vessels here connect to the eye's blood supply |
| Temple filler | Deep placement, often with a cannula | Temporal vessels run through this area |
| Forehead filler | Even spread across a wide surface | Vessels above the brow link to the eye |
| Lips | Soft gel, small amounts | Lip filler nodules and the lip arteries |
| Cheeks | Support at the cheekbone | Overfilling leads to a heavy look |
Two searches come up a lot here. "Filler in temples to lift eyes" expects a lift, but filler adds volume. It can support the tail of the brow a little, without the pull of surgery. "Filler in cheeks to lift jowls" works best in mild cases, where cheek support softens the shadow above the jaw. Heavier jowls usually need lifting, such as Ultherapy or a facelift.
A cannula is a blunt-tipped tube that moves through tissue with less chance of piercing a vessel. A fine needle places small amounts precisely, which suits lips and fine lines. Many injectors use both in one session, choosing by area.
What do filler reviews get right and wrong?
Review threads repeat a few claims. Some hold up medically and some don't.
Lips, which move all day, tend to break down sooner than filler placed deep over the cheekbone.
"Pillow face comes from one bad session." Usually not. The swollen, rounded "filler face" look tends to build up when filler is layered over years without anyone checking what is already there.
"Lumps can be dissolved." Mostly true for hyaluronic acid filler. A dissolving enzyme called hyaluronidase breaks it down. That is a reason many doctors prefer hyaluronic acid for a first treatment.
"Lip filler gone wrong posts are just bruising." Often they are. But pain that feels out of proportion, with white or dusky patches of skin, can mean a blocked vessel, and that needs a doctor the same day.
How much recovery should you plan before flying home?
Swelling, tenderness and bruising are common after filler and usually settle over several days, according to the American Academy of Dermatology. Lips tend to look most swollen in the first day or two.
So plan at least one buffer day near the clinic before your flight home. The clinic is at 157 Dosan-daero in Sinsa-dong, a short walk from Sinsa Station (Line 3 and Shinbundang Line), Exit 8.
Doctor's note
The vessels of the nose and forehead connect to the blood supply of the eye. That is why I care more about where the gel goes than about which brand is in the syringe. I would rather place a smaller amount where I know the vessels run than add more and hope. That is the trade I would choose for my own face.
What can go wrong with filler, and who should wait?
Risks and side effects to know
Common and temporary: swelling, bruising, tenderness and small hard lumps under the skin, which usually pass within days. Less common: lip filler nodules, filler drifting from where it was placed, and infection.
The risk I take most seriously: the US Food and Drug Administration warns, in its consumer page "Dermal Fillers (Soft Tissue Fillers)", that filler injected into a blood vessel can block blood flow. That can damage skin and, rarely, cause vision problems or a stroke. Vascular occlusion with lip filler is one form of this.
As general medicine, you should wait or skip filler if you have:
- an infection or cold sore at the planned site
- had a laser treatment or peel in the same area recently
- taken isotretinoin for acne recently
- being pregnant or breastfeeding
- an allergy to hyaluronic acid products or lidocaine
If something feels wrong after you fly home, see a doctor there and bring the product name and amount used. Surgery and injections carry risks such as bleeding, infection and inflammation, and your doctor explains them before you decide. Your surgeon confirms suitability at an in-person exam.
If you've had filler before, write down roughly when and where it was placed and the product name if you know it, and send that on WhatsApp. Then ask whether old filler would change your plan this trip.

What to send before your trip
The first message can be short. Send your travel dates on WhatsApp with one question: how many syringes would my face likely need for this area? When you come to Seoul, I examine your face in person and recommend the product, amount and areas that fit.
Frequently asked questions
Is Revole the same as Revolax?
In most searches, yes. Revole is usually a shortened or misspelled search for Revolax, a hyaluronic acid filler made in Korea. The product is chosen at the exam, so ask on WhatsApp which product would be used for your area and ask for its name.
Are Pascal's published filler prices final, and do they include VAT?
They are the clinic's published list prices in Korean won, before 10% VAT.
Who would do my filler treatment at Pascal?
Dr. Kang Kyoungjin focuses on eyelid surgery, fat grafting, lifting, fillers and skin. You meet your doctor at your consultation.
Can I fly the day after filler in Seoul?
That is a suggestion, not a rule.
Can hyaluronic acid filler be removed if I don't like it?
Hyaluronic acid filler can usually be broken down with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. Whether that fits your trip is something to raise at your consultation.
